The 2025 Seoul International Development Cooperation Forum convened on December 17 at the Seoul Global Center, bringing together a diverse group of approximately 100 participants. Attendees included representatives from the Seoul Metropolitan Government, Export-Import Bank of Korea, World Bank, KOICA, various embassies, international city officials, and academic experts, reflecting the forum’s broad commitment to fostering global partnerships in urban development.

During the event, Joonyeol Yoon, Analyst at the Korea Green Growth Trust Fund (KGGTF), World Bank, highlighted opportunities for collaboration between the World Bank and the Seoul Metropolitan Government through the KGGTF. The discussions focused on leveraging Seoul’s expertise and resources to address pressing urban challenges, promote sustainable growth, and enhance the effectiveness of development cooperation initiatives.
